NRP 27 "Efficiency of Governmental Actions"

​The National Research Programme "Efficiency of Governmental Actions" (NRP 27) aimed to study interface aspects of the fulfilment of Federal, Cantonal and Municipality responsibilities, including their operations and institutions by

• using scientifically recognised evaluation methods
• in a suitable and practical manner
• to reveal the differences and similarities in the efficiency of instruments in different areas of responsibility as they progress (process context)
• where possible, developing appropriate forms of planning, implementation and supervision
